If a soldier's chance to hit is 100%, the game will glitch and turn that full-face Alloy Cannon
blast into a spray of harmless confetti.

Seriously, there is only one common "Bug" in this which is not triggered on purpose; and all of them can be circumvented easily.
Just sayin'....
