Removes requirement to be protestant or reformed for Prussia.

(Basically all of German Improvements Mod but the GCF gets prussian government bonuses as well because Prussia)

I would imagine that it no longer works since Emperor and Golden Century changed government and provinces for Prussia. I don't have the original mod files on my PC anymore (and Paradox changed how modding works) so I can't update this mod
