Greetings, I'm sorry, I perfectly understand the policy to have as few mods as possible, for a prolific and great author such as yourself! However, the beautiful Water Mod isn't always used because of the changes applied to the planet, and the Water Core mod on vanilla planet would cause mod bloat since, without water, many of the included blocks wouldn't be of use.
I really wonder, so, if in this case an exception could be done by making available separately this incredibly unique feature (which would be useful even on a vanilla game just to stay still on any kind of cart).

Use water mod, it has this. If you don't want water, use water core mod and lower sea level

Even when using the water mod I slide around a lot, so much so that when I use ropes to lock my ship into a turn it will never stop since I am sliding too much to disconnect the rope.

it would be awsome is the devs would axolotgames this! meaning litteraly adding a mod to be a part of the vanilla game.

When the ship rotates you will not follow it, only movement is followed
