Civil War Overhaul

Description
Have you ever wondered why the Imperial army, the WHOLE Legion wears the crappiest armor in the game? Or, why the Stormcloak rebellion has armor that is almost as bad as fur armor? Well this mod changes that. Both armor sets are stronger and have enchantments that I think would fit them. It buffs the Imperial sword and the Imperial bow along with the armors. This mod turns one-sided battles to full fledged wars.

UPDATE #1:
Added upgraded stats and enchantments to Ulfric's items, General Tulius's armor, the Penitus Oculatus Cuirass, and the Stormcloak Officer Armor. The "major" changes are armor increases in all of Ulfrics items, and Stormcloak Officer Armor has been changed to a heavy armor set. Again, if anything is over powered, comment or PM me and I will try to respond and/or fix it. Thanks for subscribing!

For those asking: According to the authors post on reddit he deleted EVERYTHING he created off the Nexus as it was distracting him from focusing on his real life.He was unemployed and found it too tempting to keep coming back to modding which was not paying his bills. I am delighted to find it posted here.
