OKI Weapons Pack (Seff + Nooby Rebalance)

Changes are

1) Increase in all vanilla weapons and turrets integrity bar the small grid reloadable rocket launcher by adding steel plates and grids

2) Increase in all vanilla weapons and turrets integrity through lowering the computer components in the stack, letting them take more damage before failing

3) Increase in 50mm and 120mm ammunition volume and mass

4) Bringing interiour turret rate of fire back to the vanilla value, from 300 RPM to 600RPM

5) Removing of all tank gun turrets from the mod

5) changing the 122mm ammo stack size from 3 per clip to 1 per clip. decreased costs and changed icon accordingly

6) Changed 23mm ammo icon and name to show it has 120 rounds per clip

7) Changed small grid vanilla rocket tube to hold 8 rockets instead of four.
