Cleaning Company

There is cleaning experience in the game from being a janitor, but there's no more use for it after. So I decided to create a mod where you can start your own cleaning company with the cleaning experience.

**It is my first ever mod**

To start a cleaning company, you must have:

1. Cleaner's Toolkit
2. Cleaning Experience 2000

Similar to the Gardening one, it doesn't require any education.
However, the pay should be better than gardening.

I tried to add cleaning supplies to the materials, but somehow it won't let you buy supplies? hmm...If I figure out how to do it, I will probably add it in later.
