Hermes Class rescue vessel

Description
small-medium sized rescue vessel, has 2 aircraft engines and a searchlight, those are the only non starter parts as far as i know, maybe the rudders as well. has seating for 6 and a large cargo area, and its also fairly maneuverable. cannot be built in the starter dock, you have to buy a larger one first.
