Needs pac3 to work.
Gives you Black Ops Binoculars + Black ops Crossbow,which can shoot (Toggle flashlight in thirdperson when using crossbow) fast and silent darts that can kill anybody in a shot.It gives you another holdtype which makes you passive until you don't shoot.Don't know how to wear it?
