Slo-Mo Pistol

A simple but fun console-command put into a pistol to create epic, slo-mo gun scenes! A pistol that will make the in game time 1/4 slower for about a second (in real time) every shot. Can be used by anyone.

Note: Item is not recommended for large server use due to it acting very strange while multiple people use it at once. Additionally, shooting it will impact everyone on the server, not just the shooter. This is intended as a solo weapon to use for fun in sandbox mode.
