Millennium Dawn Submod: No Nukes

Description
For those who think using 30+ nukes in a war is overpowered.

Removes ability to produce nukes from the game for both AI and player.

If the mod says OUTDATED it may probably still work just fine. If the mod actually does not work anymore after you tried it, leave a comment and I will update it.

Thank you very much for this. One of my biggest issues with millenium dawn was that i could just nuke everyone and win.

Thank you, this is exactly what I was looking for! This makes Millennium Dawn way more playable imo :)
