-Reduced Bloom

less whitepoint: The fog no longer shines.
Bloom is intentionally still brighter than vanilla.

-惑星が無駄に光るのを抑えました。
-影を少し暗くしました。
-ブルーム効果（発光が広がる効果）を抑えました。

ホワイトポイントの値を下げました：霧が輝く事はなくなります。
ブルームはまだバニラより明るいです（故意）

Gets bright when there is some kind of weather happening. It is very bright during heavy fog

I think so.. Using this picture of "Blue Nebula" may cause that.
Use with "Screen Gunk be Gone" Mod will be little better.

It loads properly now. Unfortunately, it's still too bright (Though nowhere near the completely broken "official" version).
