Well, sort of. As long as there's enough room in the vault for Pepes gold bullion - currently estimated at 145 million brick dollars, all procured from a vast number of "mildly" illicit business ventures.

The Bank of Pepe is built on a solid foundation. The building originally served as a monastery, "St. Donald of the Worthless Miracle", but has now found other uses.
