Axis Victory Replacer - Die Grenzerkompanie

Description
Replaces the Axis Victory theme with a cheery song by the name of "Die Grenzerkompanie", performed by the East German Erich-Weinert Ensemble. The bit used in the mod is from about 0:00 to 0:30 in the above video.
