Azimuth Power Mod Pack Korvo's Rebalance

Rebalanced "Azimuth Power Mod Pack", so all reactors and batteries are similar to vanilla ones.
Changes (reactors) comparing to vanilla:
- Azimuth reactor is more powerfull but far more expensive
- Fusion reactor is about 25% less powerfull and a bit less expensive (but three of this will give more power than 2 vanilla, so cost is ok)
- Fusion reactor tiny is more expensive (as it has 2 conveyor doors instead of 1)
- Fusion reactor tiny is less powerfull but even more expensive (cause it has 6 conveyour doors)
- V8 are more powerfull and expensive (both)
Changes (batteries): cost, power input/output, start charge (30% as in stock)
