Brother Blood (Sebastian Blood IX)

The enigmatic and charismatic leader of the Church of Blood with weird magical powers. One of the more prominent enemies of the Teen Titans with a surprising amount of animated appearances and versions.

Uses a new base I call the "Manager Type". All "Manager Types" will use this same Moveset and AI. Managers are wrestlers that should not be used as wrestlers and fight it out in the ring. Their stats are average and they have a very generic and basic moveset but they CAN sometimes win. All characters that aren't fighters in the basic meaning of the word like Two-Face or Scarecrow I will make in the future will have this same base.
