Plasmus (Otto von Furth)

A supervillain whose body made out of toxic chemicals melts anything it touches. A recruit of the Brotherhood of Evil and an enemy of the Doom Patrol. Has been a member of the Suicide Squad and the Society of Super-Villains and in the animated series has opposed the Teen Titans on multiple occasions.

Somewhat edited Moveset/AI from Mammoth's base. Uses lots of Body Blow moves, body splashes, tackles and palm slaps. Good recovery.
