If you are using CGM Buildings, or any mods that add higher tier weapons you should use this mod as well:

In the current version, none of the ExOverhaul changes are part of the overwrite, so it actually works without ExOverhaul. The only thing I had to do with ExOverhaul was disable a couple of ascension perks that ESAP did differently. In summation, this should work fine without ExOverhaul.

I found a problem: Interstellar Dominion no longer gives +2 rivalries. I liked stacking with Nationalistic Zeal.
