would be nice if this was ported to DE as theres nothing that simply does it every 2 levels just one that does it every 3 levels and others that change other mechanics too.

i agree with voodoomancer. it would be nice to know if this was retroactive... wil my lvl12 party suddenly pick up 3 new CPs? or does this only work with a new game going forward?
