Extra Recruitment Slots

Description
All this mod does is add more local and global recruitment slots for naval and land all factions. In vanilla you start with 3 recruitment slots for most factions I changed the 3 to 7 both global and local. Most factions should have anywhere between 7 to 9 recruitment slots depending on starting traits.

Yes, this mod works for Ai and Player.

Works with Radious.

Maybe has it something to do with its placement in the mod order and should be moved up a little now, I really don't know...

Crashing my game when I try to load a campaign now. Weird since I've never got any problem with this mod so far, it's been two years since I'm using it, plus it didn't get updated recently so I really don't know where lies the problem there... But fair enough, I will do without it for the moment, even though it bugs me as much as it bugs the game.

Mod is updated for The Twisted & The Twilight. I tested on the newest Wood Elves & Skaven legendary lords and the mod worked on both using the CA launcher.

If anyone finds a faction not working please let me know, I will look into it as soon as I can.
Try using Kaedrin's Mod Manger if the mod isn't working for you. CA launcher only works for certain people for some reason.
