Description
These files are needed to customize or rebuild the skin 'OOTP 19 Dark' in OOTP 19. To use, please delete the original skin.bin file. Depending on OS version and settings it might be needed to run the game as admin to install this add-on.

Correct! These are templates for modders. Install them, change images and/or settings in the skin folder, delete the skin.bin file and restart the game. OOTP will then rebuild the skin.bin with your changes.
