A high-profile criminal known due to his odd skin condition that causes him to grow scales and appear reptilian and also continuously transforms him into an actual reptile. A very physically imposing enemy of the Batman who demands great physical effort, clever strategy or a little bit of luck to take down.

Plays like a really brutal heel-ish browser. Lots of brutal, quick but strong attacks, vanilla old-school wrestling moves and holds to reflect his background. Pretty good physical stats and relatively fast movement speed.
