Steve Brule Voice Pack

Description
Dr. Steven Brule joins XCOM!

From the same idiot who brought you the BREAKING BAD voice pack collection, the ALWAYS SUNNY voice pack collection, and the one-off MARIA BAMFORD voice pack: it's channel 5's Dr Steve Brule!

This pack features roughly 120-some-odd lines, many of which are surprisingly relevant to the action being performed. WotC-compatible.

@DrunkDriver10 -- the short answer is that yes, it's possible, but in full honesty, I'm not going to do it. I don't have the mod tools installed anymore and it's too much of a pain in the butt to install them, figure out the fix, and upload it. Sorry.

Is there any way to make this voice pack available to people who don't have War of the Chosen? My launcher is telling me I need WotC for this, which is disappointing. I haven't been able to get it to work with the base game. I've tried changing the setting for soldiers' language, using only American-speaking soldiers, using only male soldiers, and I have yet to hear a Steve Brule voice line. Not sure why it would require WotC, but I have to assume the launcher is accurate at this point.

Doesn't work for me at all. A shame, because this is literally the voice mod I wanted the most.

That may have been an overadjustment on my part. I'll take a look today, but assuming it is too loud, it should be easy enough to tone down.

The volume on these audio clips seems super-duper loud, maybe a little blown out? its hard to tell. but could use some adjustment. love the idea though, hope to see that stuff fixed!

It is indeed WotC-compatible, yes.
