Changes the music of special infected to a bluegrass beakdown.

Special Infected:
- Boomer (when puked on)
- Charger
- Hunter
- Jockey
- Spitter (when standing in the acid)

*UPDATE 1*
- Slightly louder
- Shortened length of files to decrease .vpk size

*UPDATE 2*
- Added support for the Boomer
