I have put all my mods into this one with some modification

ON A REQUEST OF @wpg_ddt I HAVE ADDED A NEW CAREER ARMS DEALER,IT SIMILAR TO MAFIA CAREER,YOU HAVE A JOB PROGRESSION AND WHEN YOU BECOME A GOD OF WAR YOU CAN SMUGGLE FIREARMS.HOPE YOU LIKE IT

This mod contains:

1. The Mayor(now includes new residence in the City Hall, includes new car Limousine,position of Mayor now requires a car Limousine)

2. Power Broker(includes a new car Ferrari and a satellite mobile phone(postion of Investor requires a satellite mobile phone,position of Power Broker requires a new car-Ferrari and a satellite mobile phone)

3. Weed Growing(open for suggestions how to improve)

4. Music Star

5. Esport Champion(open for suggestions how to improve)

6.Sports Star(open for suggestions how to improve)

7. Mafia Syndicate(includes four new accessories:Iphone,megaphone,gun,golden gun and a new residence in the skyscraper for the Big Boss),first two jobs are at the bar,third is at the factory and other three are at the skyscraper
7.a. Adittion to Mafia Syndicate I have added a freelance job of Narco Trafficing only available with a top job at Mafia Syndicate career.Highest paid freelance job in the game.
7.b. Mafia Syndicate is nothing without their buddies in the banking industry,you start as a bookie(first level of Mafia Syndicate career) move on to Loan Shark job and then slowly start your career in the banking industry and become the Mafia money laundrer and then the top Inernational Bankster.

8.NEW: POLICE CHIEF
This career introduces Police system in to the game. For now the job is at a Town hall.

I've added seven professions (on suggestion of our friend @ao694013) which provides law enforcement,security and work experience,each dependent of each other
1.Police Trainee(needs security clothes and Diploma Of Security Mgmt)
2.Police Officer(needs security clothes,gun, Diploma Of Security Mgmt,2000of each law enforcement,security and work experience)
3.Police Sergeant(needs security clothes,gun, Diploma Of Security Mgmt,4000of each law enforcement,security and work experience)
4.Detective(needs security clothes,gun,Iphone, Diploma Of Security Mgmt,Bachelor Of Law,6000of each law enforcement,security and work experience)
5.Police Lieutenant(needs security clothes,gun,Iphone, Diploma Of Security Mgmt,Bachelor Of Law,8000of each law enforcement,security and work experience)
6.Police Captain(needs security clothes,gun,Iphone, Diploma Of Security Mgmt,Bachelor Of Law,10000of each law enforcement,security and work experience)
7.Police Chief(needs security clothes,gun,Iphone, Diploma Of Security Mgmt,Bachelor Of Law,12000of each law enforcement,security and work experience)

8. Education is faster,for diplomas and certificates is base time is halved,for bacheolors it is 2720hours(2 game years).Normar bachelor base study time without mod is 3 game years(each year 1360hours)

9. Do to problems with mods concerning housing I added two cheap accommodations:
-small room(base price 100,security 500)
-studio(base price 200,security 1000)


Note: I appologize if you have problem with the mod,I have unsubscribed all my mod and just in case of a problem reinstalled the whole game just in case(you might not have to).I have not tested it with other mods.Hopefully you won't have any issues.Enjoy

This career introduces City political system in to the game. The job is at a Town hall.

1.City Clerk(needs dress clothes and Diploma of Management)
2.City Manager(needs dress clothes,Diploma of Management,3000 political experience)
3.City Council Representative(needs dress clothes,Diploma of Management,6000 political experience)
4.The Mayor(needs dress clothes, Philosophy bachelor diploma,Limousine,9000 political experience)-provides a new residence in the City Hall

2. POWE BROKER
This introduces Stock Market Career into game. The job are at a Exchange.
I JOBS
I've added six professions which provide financial,work and banking experience,each dependent of each other
1.Broker-Dealer(needs business clothes and Diploma of Management)
2.Floor Broker(needs business clothes,Diploma of Management) and 2000 financial experience)
3.Market Maker(needs business clothes,Diploma of Management) and 4000 financial experience)
4.Stock Market Trader(needs business clothes,Bachelor of Finance and 6000 financial experience)
5.Investor(needs business clothes,Bachelor of Finance,satellite mobile phone and 8000 financial experience)
6.Power Broker(needs business clothes,Bachelor of Finance, Ferrari, satellite mobile phone and 10000 financial experience)
II OTHER MOD IMPROVEMENTS

2.Power Broker Haven a new residence at the Exchange,rent wise more expensive then mansion but everything is enhanced than in the mansion,gives you the value for your money

This mod introduce weed industry in to the game.
This is a cheap starting free lance job.Open your business and enjoy.

This mod introduces music into the game
1.Street Performer(needs casual clothes and a guitar-starts at the park)
2..Bar Singer(needs casual clothes and a guitar-starts at the bar)-500 music experience
3.Talented Music Entertainer(needs casual clothes and a guitar-starts at the bar)and 2000 music experience
4.Mega Band Vocalist(needs casual clothes, Diploma Of Music Arts and a Acoustic Guitar-starts at the stadium)-4000 music experience

3.Pro Gamer(needs casual clothes,Gaming Computer ,calibrated monitor and 4000 gaming experience)-20h
4.Esports Arena Rookie(needs casual clothes,Gaming Computer,ultra graphics card,calibrated monitor and 6000 gaming experience)-20h
5.Esports Champion(needs casual clothes,Alienware Aurora VB Computer,AMD-Nvidia Ultra Graphics Card,9000 gaming experience)-20h

6. SPORTS STAR
This introduces Sports career in to the game. The job is at a Stadium.
I've added four professions which provide sports experience,each dependent of each other
1.Amateur League player(needs sport shoes and a sports ball)-20h
2.Regional League player(needs sport clothes,sports ball,exercise machine and 2000 sports experience)-20h
3..First League player(needs sport clothes,sports ball,exercise machine,treadrunner max and 5000 sports experience)-20h
