JLD Building 1 by Ali Cafe Hao YEAH!

This building is inspired by Singapore's Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)'s plan for Jurong Lake:


Jurong Lake District: The Second CBD

Jurong Lake District is a district of Singapore, planned as part of Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA)’s decentralisation efforts to bring more quality jobs, amenities, and recreational options closer to homes. The plans for the district have continued to evolve since the blueprint was first unveiled in the URA Master Plan 2008. It consists of three precincts, namely Jurong Gateway, Lakeside and Lakeside Gateway. It is 472 hectares (4,720,000 m2) in size and served by two major expressways and three MRT stations. It will be the Singapore's next central business district.

I have not play nor own Green Cities expansion. So i'm not sure if there is special Green Cities functions or features that can be added into this Green, Residential High

I really enjoyed creating these buildings. HDB buildings is the core of Singapore's architecture.

yeah i started to notice that too. Recently i've been following Ronyx's color and lighting guide for assets. Maybe i'll come back and update the textures for this set

The idea of this set of asset is really great! The buildings are just a bit too bright though.

Ooo industry eh... I never thought of industry before when i made this series. I did imagined it having Commercial (shopping malls at first 3 or 4 levels) inside the building but i was limited by my knowledge of how to make assets in general.
I have since on to other assets, able to learn how to make new and better and recently i made a '3 in 1' concept building then. (see my Golden Mile Complex)

hmmm... I get what you mean. I think the only way to stop them from appearing is to use Theme if i recall correctly. Its a option where you can choose what style of buildings you want district to have. So remove these JLD building out of the list.

What you experienced occur because i made this building as a grow-able as well... so thats why.
