Would it be possible to add wheels (1x3) that "pop" when receiving a logic input? The friction of the wheels when intact is 4, and 2 when popped. Thanks!

i need a 13x2 would be nice or maybe 15x2 for my 4x4 12 cylinder piston truck right now im using the 13x4 tires but would like something a bit lighter to help improve its performance. i cant go with size 11 tires not enough ground clearance
