Foresters Industrial Sector were an alliance that emerged in 2090 and lasted until 2142. They were the first to crack jump drive technology, and as such retained control over all markets until their demise. All of their vehicles were more bulky and machine oriented than those which came after, often sporting exposed pipes and wires, and while they tried to rectify this in later ships it was an issue that never really went away. The most obvious example of this is planetary ships - their small ships could not escape planet's atmospheres, and covert planetfall was usually done using various drop pod designs. As such, many of their ships were only ever used for backup military purposes, such as refuel points or scout shuttles, with many designs being later adapted by the USC and bettered by them.
