Description

WARNING: This mod is only compatible with Democracy 3: Africa. Please disable when playing the normal Democracy 3 version.

Doubles the effect of State Housing on overcrowding and adds a significant boost from Rural Development Grants.

Unless an update has changed the game, I can't imagine any reason why this wouldn't be working. Stupid question: have you enabled it for D3A and disabled it for D3 base game? If so then it could be possible something has changed to break this.

Doesn't work. Simple as that. Shows up in mod list but doesn't affect the gamepley
