Based on the actual building located in Monaco(La Condamine). The building is not an exact replica, it has been modified to fit into the maximum 4x4 zoning.

@alborzka- It's actually smaller by a little bit IRL. Take a look at this google street view example. [www.google.com] Also Monaco doesn't have 3dview yet which I normaly use as layout/dimension reference so a lot of it is guessed.
