Epic Dual Casting

Description
Adjusts the dual casting input and output
Check out Power Dual Casting for a lower Input/Output ratio

Before: input cost was 280% and output delivered was 220%
Now: input cost is 400% and output delivered is 500%

Dual casting certain spells (like restoration) had no purpose because it was actually inefficient (it cost more magicka per point). Now players are rewarded and get more bang for their magicka when dual casting. This preserves game balance because it requires a larger magicka reserve. Every spell can now have a higher level version when using both hands. In the end, players have the abbility to "powerup" their spells.

Gamplay Changes:
Less "impact" spamming (because of higher magicka cost)
Runes are more powerful (longer gameplay life)
Control summoned undead and deadra longer (for the long haul!)
Restoration spells now have a dual casting purpose (Healing bonus)
You can "buff" before a battle effectively
Alteration spells last longer (harder at higher levels)
Illusion spells can control higher level monsters (still balanced because it requires more magicka)
Immersive (You're releasing a few powerful spells rather than spamming)

Does not conflict with any mods that I know of.

the alteration spells like detect life and telakanesis drain your mana without realy geting any thing back when you duel cast

Power Dual Casting is the lighter version of this mod.

I really like this mod, but I can't help but feel it's getting a bit much at times. I'd really appreciate a version which would lower the damage to 320-350% and 280-300% mana cost - this way it will still be powerfull, like dualcasting should be, but not so much it almost seems silly. Is there any chance you could do something like that - or make it tweakable through the console?

It is for all spells that are influenced by dual casting. (cloak spells are not affected)

so this would make it so dual casting destruction spells do more damage or is it more for alteration and illusion spells?

This has definitely improved my spell casting gameplay. It always bothered me that I couldn't use my large magicka pool to create deadlier spells with both my hands.
