Base Spell Refinement

Description
Take a novice destruction spell tome (flames, frostbite, and sparks) alongside the corresponding elemental salts (fire, frost, and void) to a cookingpot to craft a stronger version of the spell, that does a base 10 damage instead of 8, with the same magicka cost.

Useful in the early game, without being OP.

Wait, does this work for ever? Like lets say i did do that once, would I be able to do it again? Then do it again, again, and again? Would i be able to do it an infinite number of times. Thank You
