I am starting a new one from scratch :D It will be larger, wider, have taller mountains, and will have ores for survival :D

Look j4ythewh1t3 Halo is the most popular version of the ringworld thing so you cant call someone "uncultured" when they are making a connection between something they see and something similar

I think you'll find the first person to publish the general idea of it was Freeman Dyson, The guy who it's names after. I hope the next Ringworld comes with cool Potatoes !

Larry Niven wrote Ring World way back when about finding a Dyson ring. Neat stuff. I believe he was the first to actually publish the general idea of it.
