Vector Scorpio Excavator

The Vector Scorpio- digging the grave of it's competitors.

The Vector Scorpio is a fully functional excavator. It features:
- Openable doors
- Rotating cabin
- Functional shovel arm with pistons
- Beacon

The controls:
- Beacon: Turns the beacon on and off.
- Pitch: open and close the cabin door
- ALT + Pitch: gives access to the engine and the fuel tanks
- ALT + Steering: rotates the cabin
- ALT + Throttle: Operates the shovel arm

NOTE: Because it is not possibly to bind keys to actuators manually in Brick Rigs, you cannot operate the segments of the arm seperately. As soon as this function becomes available, I will update the excavator to include this function.
