Improved Skaal Leathers

Description
Allows Skaal leather clothing to be improved at a workbench.

Improvements are based on the Advanced Armors perk.

The only material required is Netch Leather:
Skaal Coat: 3 Netch Leather
Skaal Boots: 1 Netch Leather
Skaal Hat: 1 Netch Leather
Skaal Gloves: 1 Netch Leather

*REQUIRES*: Dragonborn DLC

The addon should be at the bottom of your load order (last mod to be loaded) as it adds some keywords and logic to the Dragonborn DLC. If you run into any compatibility issues, want to offer improvements or otherwise, please let me know.

This mod seems to be causing my game to crash just after the Bethesda logo when I fire up the game. I've disabled it for now, but I'd love to be able to use it.

It was intended to be replaced once I had enough time to do a nice Skyrim font & feel. I got around to doing it... but it turns out you can't change the cover photo! :(
