This is a typical 60 degrees angled Parisian flat.. You need "Move It" to place and align it properly with any other building.

Corners that are not 90 degrees will not grow... well they will grow, but they dont adjust to the vanilla grid, so they need to be made as RICO assets so that you can manually place them and then adjust the streets and everything else.

First of all, thanks for the superb assets you continue to upload. A Question though, why are a few assets including this one defined as parks as opposed to Residential? Having them as parks or even UBs limits their functionality.

@Starboy Relight Warm LUT, with adjusted Relight settings, Post FX mod and Ultimate Eyecandy also adjusted accordingly.
