As Japan population decreases the japanese goverment have made a move to help it's population growth: as all the other attempts have failed to increase the brith rate the goverment have made plans to create a parasite that they have control over to help it's people to increase the population of Japan.
The only errors that the japanese goverment failed to do was to make a failsafe, a way to control the growth of the parasites, and a way to cure / kill them,
as they rush in blindly after they have learned a lab in a small port was already doing so but illegally as they have take the research that have already been done and they have just add there own mix into the new born parasites before they could have contain the new parasites one of the handlers been infected and have been checked as clean before leaving the lab ( because the checker was a lazy and in a rush to leave to ) .
Now the new parasites can go where they want to and (infected) help the world with it population problem.

(The secret is that the parasites are good to have but bad for the future of the world)

The parasites goal is to infected everyone not kill everyone that why there no way to get lethality but the last symptom named THE ENDER (because i dont know how to put infect the world as a end)
