To
Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\

This game need restart to download the skin or you can check this folder
SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\232090
after subscribed if it downloaded

there is "Published" folder inside "0" folder , move it to
Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\

do you have to be in the game before you move the folder? and do you put the 1248727610 in it or the 0?

that wasnt the problem but I found it. It was in the usual steamapps workshop folder, not under "my games" like you said.
On a sidenote those look great ingame.
