does the texxture looks like 1color or something? are you using tweaked config? (to lower graphic and get more fps)

by the way, i have a problem in sdk in resources, that is many of the 1st texture cannot be loaded. do you have that problem?

um well , as far as i know
Those fx , lighting , glow are belong to material file (_MAT.upk)
I just changed the texture file (_TEX.upk) so it wont affect many , well im not sure cause im still not good at modding skin yet
