Description
The information scout was originally designed to go in and out of battles giving aid to men on the battlefield but after the wars stopped it had no main purpose. until someone thought of putting it as an information scout ,researching crashes, gather into from dangerous planets and dangerous sectors, wherever a normal ship wouldn't go this ship would go. tho it has no weapons its mached up with speed being able to go from 0 to 100m/s in 2.5 seconds.

It's mostly the dual rear thrusters, the "tall" stance, and the information running backround. All of those things match the herald.
