It's not really hard to do, but it's some work. You don't chose to hide stuff but you can make it so if a Caith wears it then it uses a different model

Yeah, I thought it could be hard to do. Best idea I could suggest is make a hat to not hide anything, i.e. let ears to clip through the hat. But, I guess, current modding tools do not allow that?
