Educational RP Automatic Gunshop Component

Description
This is the primary component to any automatic gunshop. The Ranger detects when a shipment is in range and the user 'uses' the shipment upon the following conditions:
-The ranger value > 0
-The Money Detector > Constant Value (Price)
-The button is pressed.
