  • 120% Immunity gain speed
  • 4x sockets( each socket has 1 core slot and 1 rom slot); 8 slots to customize your engi efficiency

  • Industrious 20%


Mantis - A race to kill them all
  • Mantis, insectoid race, fast, feared fighter, poor builder

  • 115% Speed
  • 130% Melee hit chance / 125% Shooting hit chance
  • 120% sharp damage / 105% Melee evasion
  • 75% Construction / 75% Drug production
  • 85% Mining / 90% Smelting Smithing Tailoring

  • Drooling - they will generate some slug dew ressource now and then.
  • Drooling again - They will spill some rainbow puddles all day and night.

I get modding is time consuming as hell and i'm not even going to ask for an updated version, but I loved this mod and think about it often, having never played FTL lol!

The only name for a mantis without a teleporter is doors. Until I find a reason to use teleporters instead of nukes, it'll stay that way.

I'd say this was always my favorite steam mod, no rush of course on updating! Just wanted to share my thoughts really.

My Favorite aspect of the mod was always how it felt so nice to see real diversity in the races, and how they did feel so unique, strong in completely different fields. Alongside the additions of mind control powers, or the mantis's claws of doom. It really sold a strong vibrant selection of races. Thanks a bunch mate, for making and sharing this free content.
