Description
A 4x4 low-density residential level 1 house. Please ignore the traffic you see in the screenshots ........... :|

About
Main mesh: 1776 tris
Lod mesh: 99 tris

Textures: 1024 and 128

Props and decoration:
A couple of lights above the front and back doors, an entry point on the front and side - and a driveway for the garage. A few parking spaces in the driveway too. The garage is part of the main model, so it cannot be removed in the asset editor. If you want the source files to make those adjustments yourself, check down below for the link. (Or if you want to know how to do it, ask me). It uses the same textures as the house, which works in this case - plus having it as part of the asset mesh means it can be seen from greater distances than a prop. Its geometry was included when the LoD model was built.

No downloads or DLC required.

About
This house is loosely based on the one at the corner of Pleasant and Euston[www.google.ca] in Charlottetown. It was under renovation when the Google guy went by. Looks a lot nicer now.

So, since people zone in 4x4 more than any other size, I'll probably do one more of these before the Level 2 stuff. I'm really happy with how this looks. Screen captures taken with Miyagi's Boreal summer theme, which looks fantastic on many maps and Relight average LUT. Maybe some of them were using Relight Warm or one of the default LUTs. I wanted to give some variety.

BUT - if you're having problems with this asset, message me and we'll get it sorted out.

Souce files are here[drive.google.com] if you want to make adjustments.

Thanks again! Merry Holidays or some such! Thanks for being such a great community.

@JX3D97 - Yeah that is pretty quaint. There appears to be a second floor patio on the back too. I'll have to have a walk by and look.

@Bondi, I'll look into it. It's not very difficult to add a RICO definition - but it can change the behaviour of growables. If it can be done without altering it too much, I'll add one. If it works, I'd look at adding it to all of them.

Oh god, do these shots make my house look big? :D

@Pres - do you mean scale compared to the reference or in general? I agree it is a large building - a lot of the old homes I'm working from as a reference are this big - and they're all divided up into rental units. I'll take any feedback if it can make a better building.

@kman10001bd - That it's that close to the road is by design. All of them in series will be - and relatively close to the width boundary of the footprint. I'm not really going for suburbia but more of a historic midtown residential feel - at least midtown where I'm at.

Yeah, It is a bit big in scale. If only they weren't so close to the road too. Still nice houses tho.

The scale is a bit weird, but looks great!
