Thieves Guild Enchanting Work Bench

Places an Enchanting workbench in the Raggen Flagon in Riften.

Maybe before you sell all your stuff to Tonilia you want to go through all your enchanted items and disenchant all the ones you want to learn the enchantments of. Maybe you want to enchant all your loot so Tonilia will give you more money for them. Maybe Tonilia has some weird enchanted weapon and you want to learn that enchantment. Either way, if you’re both a thief and an enchanter, its pretty inconvenient not having any enchanting stuff in the Ragged Flagon. There’s a blacksmith, an alchemist, a couple of weapon vendors and of course a fence, but no enchanters.

And if you’re like me you’ve been making a point to visit the Riften palace wizard just before you visit the Thieves’ Guild, but sometimes you forget.

Well now there’s an enchanting Workbench right near where Tonilia often sits. (You’ll still have to get soul gems somewhere else, though.)
