Description
Adds the item Coffee.

Upon pickup, Coffee increases your speed stat by 0.30 and your shot speed stat by 0.25. If your speed stat is 0.70 or lower, your speed is increased to 1 (Note that if your speed is already above 0.70 you will still get the 0.30 bonus as usual). Your speed can also never fall below 1 as long as you have Coffee.

Cool idea. Sprite could use some work though.
