im fine's Super Shotgun Script

I changed the damage, penetration, spread, and mag size to try and give the Spas-12 more of a super shotgun (DOOM) feel. SpreadPerShot - was 22, now 30
MaxSpread - was 5, now 30
NewInL4D2 - was 1 (yes), now 0 (no)
Penetration - was 2 layers at 30 power and 500 range, now 2 layers 50 power at 1500 range
Damage - was 28x9, now 40x20
Clip - was 10, now 2
