New: Everytime a Great Writer belongs to you is actived, gain 30% of your current total of Great Writer Points.
Provides +2 Great Writer Points per turn.
Contains 2 Great Works of Writing slots.

Yellow Crane Tower (traditional Chinese: 黃鶴樓; simplified Chinese: 黄鹤楼; pinyin: Huánghè Lóu) is a traditional Chinese tower located in Wuhan, in central China. The current structure was built in 1981, but the tower has existed in various forms since at least AD 223. The current Yellow Crane Tower is situated on Snake Hill (舍山), one kilometer away from the original site. It is on the bank of the Yangtze River in Wuchang District, Wuhan, in the Hubei province of central China.

过于超模了，建议要么削成10%，要么削成仅在有黄鹤楼奇观的城市激活大作家才能触发这个30%的效果

Does the AI know how to use this well?
Regardless, I would either nerf the bonus to 10% or simply +5 Culture and you get a free Great Writer or a total of +3 GW pts, and...xie xie.
This is a great mod. Does it work just fine these days for most people?

新效果给我整不会了，我中世纪屯四个大作家不招募第五个大作家能一直招到托尔斯泰（然后点数显示溢出我游戏卡死了）。数值给的太高了，完全是指数增长了

For anyone confused, make sure not to activate your great writers as soon as you get them. wait until you're close to the next great writer, then pop it
