Description
Replaces the Big Data Shipyard.
Costs a lot more, but:
-Repairs docked fleets
-Reduces ship construction cost
-Adds spaceport slots
-Grants slightly more ship XP

I've played a few gamess with this, and I like the idea. However, it seems a bit out of place in the tech tree given its significant production cost. Even though it gets researched early, it rarely gets built until the middle game, especially when playing races without an industry boost. I'd suggest either lowering the cost (maybe 1600 industry?) or leaving Big Data Shipyard untouched and moving this up the tech tree.
