Stop Riot, Fix Prison

With overcowded and gang spread prison, Mexican Penitentuiary Medium and Maximum security prison, spoild into flames of riots. It is up to you and your problemsolving skills and strategies to stop the riot, before any other staff members are killed. There are 8 guards on the top entrance of your prison and another 8 on the bottom. Throught the prison are 5 armed guards and a few normal guards (if not, murdered). Do feel free to shoot on sight.
*OBJECTIVES:*
-Dissolve the Riot.
-Add a Regime (Keep oth.er prisoners busy).
-Hire More Staff.
-Remove the public armouries the inmates have been using. (2-3)
-Fix Up The Prison.
-Add Punishments.
-Add Programs.
And Most of All
-Have Fun Shooting Inmates...
