@naro9995 - If you mean what the grants are and what they do - They're a bunch of grants that require you to wait a certain amount of in-game time for the reward. Some of them are linked to one another and unlock better rewards as you progress. All of them require you to put in money to get money out.

Please let me know if that's not clear enough.
